Categories of Information That We May Collect

We collect nonpublic information about our members from the following sources:

• Information received from you on an application or other form such as:  name, address, social security number, assets, and income.

• Information relating to your transactions with us, our affiliates, or others, such as:  account balance, payment history, parties to transactions, and credit card usage.

• Information we obtain from a credit reporting agency, such as:  credit worthiness credit history.

The Atomic Employees Credit Union does not disclose any nonpublic personal information about its members or former members to any person or institution, except as required by law.

Disclosure As Permitted By Law

The Atomic Employees Credit Union may disclose all of the information we collect, as described above to service providers and companies that perform marketing services on our behalf (for example - check printing and loan insurance companies).

Confidentiality / Security

The Atomic Employees Credit Union restricts access to nonpublic personal information about its members to those employees who need to know that information to provide products and services to those members.  We maintain physical, electronic, and procedural safeguards that comply with federal standards to guard your nonpublic personal information.
