Security of your personal and account information is of utmost importance to Atomic and should be to you also. Atomic takes many steps in securing your information. Here are some tips and information that you can be aware of to make sure your information is protected and to help prevent any type of fraud.

  • Atomic or any other financial institution WILL NOT solicitate your personal or account information. If someone calls, emails or texts you asking this information DO NOT respond because this is a phishing scheme and contact Atomic to report this activity. If you do give out your information, call Atomic immediately to see what steps you need to take to protect yourself.
  • "Phishing" is attempting to get personal or account information by posing as a legitimate company through emails, texts or phone calls.
  • If it is to good to be true, it probably is.
  • If you receive an email or letter stating that you have money waiting for you if you send a check to someone it is probably a fraud attempt. They want you to send them legitimate money for a fake check they will be sending you. If you are in question about an email or letter please contact Atomic at info@2mycu.com
  • When using passwords online make sure they are complex and do not share these passwords with anyone.
  • Help protect your computer by updating your computer regularly and using an anti-virus program.
